- Provide customer service through voice process .
- Assist customers with their queries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Work in a US Healthcare process .
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills .
- Minimum typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy .
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts/night shifts as per business requirements.
- Willing to work with two rotational split weekly offs .
- Open to work from office in Kolkata.
- 2024, 2025 & 2026 graduates are eligible.
