- Team Leadership Capability Building
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of FAEs supporting; Qt, Wind River, and COTS tools ;

Experience ;

- Software testing QA tools (e.g., Squish, Coco, LDRA,;Parasoft, Vector) ;
- RTOS / Embedded Linux (preferably Wind River VxWorks / Linux) ;
- Experience in; customer-facing roles (FAE, Solution Architect, Consultant) ;

Technical Skills ;
