We are hiring for International BPO processes across Gurgaon and Noida.
Candidates will be responsible for handling international customers through Voice, Chat or Blended processes.
This is a customer-facing BPO role NOT a Backend / Back-Office job.

Eligibility Who Can Apply?
- Graduate Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Experienced Candidates
- UG candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience are eligible.
- Graduates with relevant experience can also apply.
- Experience in International BPO, Voice, Chat, Blended Process, Customer Service or Customer Support is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Salary & Incentives
Freshers
Up to 27,000/month
Experienced Candidates
Up to 50,000/month

Work Schedule
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Days Rotational Week Off
- Rotational Shifts
- Candidates must be comfortable working in night/late-hour shifts as required by the process.
Cab Facility
- Two-Way Cab Facility Available
- Pickup and drop facility will be provided as per company policy, eligibility and designated routes.
