Salary: Up to ₹33,000 CTC

About the Role:

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an International Voice Process. Candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), assisting customers with ride scheduling, transportation coordination, and query resolution.

Eligibility:

- Excellent English communication skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Voice/BPO experience preferred
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
