Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Credit Analyst role based in Faridabad.

The Credit

Analyst will evaluate personal loan applications by assessing creditworthiness, reviewing financial data, and analyzing risk profiles for salaried professionals. Day-to-day tasks include verifying applicant information, interpreting bank statements and income documents, determining appropriate credit limits, and preparing clear credit recommendations. The role also involves monitoring existing accounts for early warning signals, ensuring adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines,



and collaborating with operations and customer support teams to maintain a smooth approval process.

The Credit

Analyst is expected to maintain accurate documentation, contribute to process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making for the lending portfolio.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong credit-related skills, including Credit Management and Credit assessment.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data, risk metrics, and customer profiles.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining credit decisions and collaborating with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance to understand lending principles and consumer credit products.
- Relevant degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience in retail lending, digital lending, or financial services, particularly in personal loans, is an advantage.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, credit scoring tools, and basic data analysis software is preferred.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling sensitive data, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace are important.
