ABOUT THE ROLE

Tired of watching brands post out-of-touch, cringe content? Come fix it.

If your mind operates in jump cuts, hyper-specific internet culture, and hooks that actually hold attention, we’re handing you the creative keys to our clients’ channels.

We’re looking for a hyper-creative Creative Director / Producer to take ownership of our clients’ social media presence.

You won’t just write scripts. You’ll shape the ideas, concepts, storytelling, and creative direction behind the content — turning internet trends and straightforward ideas into high-retention Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and eventually long-form YouTube videos.

For the right person, this role is a direct launchpad to a part-time or full-time position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Creative Leadership — Own the creative process from brainstorming and storyboarding through production and final delivery.
- Trend Spotting & Ideation — Stay deeply plugged into internet culture, memes, trending audio, platform shifts,



and emerging content formats.
- Scriptwriting — Write punchy, high-retention scripts with strong hooks that make people stop scrolling and keep watching.
- Production Oversight — Translate ideas into finished videos by guiding pacing, visuals, editing, sound design, and overall creative execution.
- Brand Adaptation — Develop distinct creative approaches for different clients while staying authentic to each brand’s voice and audience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Current undergraduate student or recent graduate.
- Exceptional command of English or Tamil, with strong cultural fluency in at least one. Being bilingual is a major bonus.
- A natural instinct for digital storytelling, visual direction, and understanding what makes people click, watch, and share.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube, particularly retention, watch time, hooks, and content distribution.
- Deep familiarity with internet culture and the ability to recognize trends before they become stale.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to take an idea, own it, and drive it through to completion.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
