Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Costing, Billing & Estimation professional with solid experience in civil infrastructure, hydro, road, tunnelling, and government projects. The candidate will be responsible for project estimation, costing, billing, quantity analysis, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and commercial monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, rate analysis and project budgets.
- Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-offs and item-wise costing.
- Prepare client RA Bills, subcontractor bills and work-order bills.
- Verify quantities from drawings, site measurements and execution records.
- Handle measurement books (MB), joint measurements and billing documentation.
- Prepare rate analysis, deviation statements and extra-item claims.
- Monitor project-wise cost vs. budget and identify cost overruns.
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, Contracts, Procurement and Accounts teams.
- Check contractor/subcontractor bills and supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly billing statements and cost reports.
- Assist in preparation of tenders, quotations and commercial proposals.
- Analyse tender BOQs, specifications, drawings and contractual requirements.




- Prepare comparative statements and material/labour/equipment costing.
- Track material consumption and project resource costs.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of client bills.
- Maintain proper records of approved rates, quantities, variations and claims.
- Support management in commercial negotiations and cost-control decisions.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction costing and estimation.
- Excellent knowledge of BOQ, Rate Analysis, Billing and Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in RA Bills, MB, Client Billing and Subcontractor Billing.
- Knowledge of CPWD/MORTH/State SOR and standard construction rates will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD; knowledge of ERP/project billing software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Experience Candidates having experience in Hydropower, Tunnelling, Roads, Bridges, Dams or other large-scale infrastructure projects will be preferred.
