- Project &
- Resource Management: Estimate resource requirements, manage project allocations, identify critical milestones, and develop execution schedules.

- NPD &

- Product Extension Leadership: Lead Cost &
- Quality (C&Q;) Current Product Development (NPD), Model Line, and Product Range Extension projects.

- End-to-End Execution: Manage Commercial Laundry projects from concept to execution using the structured Product Development Process (PDP).

- Systems Engineering &

- Validation: Apply Systems Engineering, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), and Product Verification &
- Validation (testing, FEA simulations) methodologies.

- Mentorship &

- Problem Solving: Coach and mentor team members using systematic problem-solving approaches to resolve design issues and close knowledge gaps.

- Design Investigation &

- RCA: Investigate product design/documentation issues and support project builds through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Continuous Improvement:



Provide design and process optimization feedback to the design community for continuous product improvement.

- DFx Compliance: Ensure products satisfy Design for Safety, Reliability, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Robustness (DFA, DFM, DFR, DFS, DFSS) requirements.

- Concept Evaluation &

- Trade-offs: Evaluate engineering and manufacturing concepts, recommend best options, and manage trade-offs when necessary.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to communicate design concepts during design reviews and technical forums.

- Quality &

- Governance Frameworks: Demonstrate working knowledge of FMEA, WPD, and PMI standards.

- Target &

- Attribute Setting: Support or lead attribute target setting for specific subsystems/modules to hit cost, quality, and performance targets using project management tools.
