- Support finance-driven strategic initiatives focused on P&L; optimization, including cost efficiency programs, margin improvement, revenue enhancement, and working capital optimization
- Prepare and analyze data to support strategic initiatives, including building and maintaining Excel-based financial models and conducting SQL-based analyses where applicable
- Partner with teams such as Product, Operations, Business Development, Finance, and other functions to support finance initiatives
- Support project management by coordinating inputs, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes
- Perform financial and business analyses such as unit economics, variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support decision-making
- Prepare management-ready presentations and summaries highlighting insights, progress, and recommendations

Functional Skills & Qualifications





Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline
- MBA preferred but not mandatory
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, analytics, strategy, or related roles

Technical & Analytical Skills
- Solid numerical and analytical capability with a structured problem-solving approach
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis
- Understanding of finance fundamentals is a plus

Behavioral & Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- High attention to detail and strong learning orientation
