About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, organised, and research-driven Content Strategist Intern to support the planning, development, and execution of content across social media and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, storytelling, and basic content performance metrics. You will work closely with our marketing, design, video, and business teams to create content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities• Research industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and trending content formats

- Assist in developing weekly and monthly content strategies and calendars
- Generate creative ideas for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, blogs, and other digital channels
- Develop content concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, post copy, and campaign ideas
- Work closely with video editors, graphic designers, and content creators
- Identify trending topics, sounds, formats, and conversations relevant to the brand
- Conduct competitor and content gap analysis
- Develop educational, promotional, authority-building, and engagement-focused content
- Review content performance and track reach, views, engagement, shares, saves, followers, and conversions
- Recommend improvements based on audience behaviour and performance data
- Repurpose existing content across different platforms and formats
- Support campaigns, product/service launches, and promotional activities
- Stay updated with social media algorithms, digital marketing trends, and emerging platforms

Required Skills• Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms




- Strong research and content idea-generation skills
- Ability to write engaging hooks, captions, scripts, and short-form content
- Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, and audience psychology
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research is preferred
- Ability to understand basic social media analytics
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, brainstorming, and content development
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, editors, marketers, and other team members

Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Business, English, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in content creation, content strategy, social media, or digital marketing
- Internship or freelance experience in content/social media marketing will also be considered
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Trends, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools is an advantage

What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is naturally curious about why certain content works.

You should be able to understand a topic and its target audience, identify the strongest angle, and turn it into an engaging content concept.

You should also be comfortable experimenting with new ideas, following trends, learning from performance data, and continuously improving content strategy.
