About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Content Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of digital content, and the ability to create content that is engaging, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.

The role will involve a combination of content creation, research, content planning, editing, and basic content strategy , while working closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality and engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Research industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and relevant topics to develop valuable content.
- Generate creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives and audience interests.
- Assist in developing and maintaining content calendars and content plans.
- Write and edit blogs, articles, website copy, social media captions, marketing materials, and other communication pieces.
- Ensure content is grammatically correct, transparent, engaging, and consistent with the brand's tone and voice.
- Apply basic SEO principles, including keyword research and content optimization.
- Review and improve existing content for readability, relevance, SEO, and engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, social media managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to execute content initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of content campaigns and promotional activities.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats and for different platforms.
- Track basic content performance metrics and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Stay updated with content marketing trends, social media trends, SEO developments, and industry best practices.




- Ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining quality and consistency.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
- Strong research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats.
- Ability to understand different audiences and adapt content accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Good to Have
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other Content Management Systems.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics or other content performance tools.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar tools.
- Experience using AI-assisted content tools while maintaining originality, accuracy, and brand voice.
