VIREXAC is a growing company focused on building businesses, developing brands and creating meaningful digital content. We are looking for a creative and energetic Content & Social Media Executive who can help us build our digital presence across social media platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating content and can independently handle day-to-day content creation and social media activities.

This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable shooting videos, creating Reels and Shorts, editing videos, designing social media posts and managing our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Shoot short-form videos, Reels and other social media content using a smartphone/camera.
- Edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Create posts, carousels, Stories and other creatives using Canva.
- Write engaging captions and basic content copy.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
- Upload, schedule and publish content across platforms.
- Research current social media trends, formats, sounds and content ideas.
- Develop creative ideas for Reels, campaigns and brand communication.
- Monitor basic social media performance and engagement.




- Maintain consistent brand presentation across all platforms.
- Assist with photoshoots, video shoots, events and product/content activities when required.
- Work closely with the management team to understand content requirements and execute them on time.

Skills We Are Looking For
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Strong interest in Reels, Shorts and short-form video content.
- Ability to shoot and edit videos independently.
- Good knowledge of Canva.
- Familiarity with CapCut, VN or Adobe Premiere Pro is an advantage.
- Good writing and caption-creation skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work from our office in Dahisar West, Mumbai.

Experience 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a related role is preferred.

Freshers with a strong portfolio and excellent content-creation skills may also be considered.

Important

Candidates should share examples of their previous work, especially Reels, videos, social media posts or other content they have personally created.
