Type: Full-time The roleSwades AI is looking for a data-driven Content Growth & Distribution Manager to grow a founder-led media brand across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

You will own the connection between content and measurable audience growth. This is not a posting or community-management role. We want someone who has worked with an established creator, influencer, celebrity, podcast, or digital media company and has used real performance data to influence content strategy.

What you will own

- Manage publishing and distribution across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze impressions, click-through rate, retention, watch time, traffic sources, returning viewers, follower conversion, saves, and shares.
- Build weekly reporting that leads to specific creative decisions.
- Partner with the Content Lead on topics, formats, titles, hooks, thumbnails, and publishing cadence.
- Run structured thumbnail, title, format, and distribution experiments.
- Identify high-performing moments from long-form videos for short-form distribution.
- Develop platform-specific captions, descriptions, metadata, and calls to action.




- Track audience questions and turn them into future content opportunities.
- Develop collaborations with relevant creators, podcasts, newsletters, and communities.
- Maintain a searchable content-performance database.
- Distinguish meaningful growth from vanity metrics.

You are likely a fit if

- You have directly managed growth for a recognized creator or media channel.
- You can share examples where your analysis materially changed content performance.
- You are comfortable interpreting YouTube and social-platform analytics.
- You understand the relationship between topic, packaging, viewer expectation, retention, and conversion.
- You have solid creative judgment alongside analytical ability.
- You are highly organized and capable of running multiple experiments simultaneously.
