: Content & Founder Growth Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and content-driven professional to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning content, writing compelling copies, creating engaging videos, and staying on top of social media trends.

You will contribute to the brand's content across social media and e-commerce platforms while also working closely with the founder to plan, shoot, and execute content for the founder's digital presence. If you love turning everyday moments into engaging stories and can create impactful content using your smartphone, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute content for the products across all relevant platforms
- Write engaging product descriptions, captions, scripts, and campaign copies
- Assist in planning and creating content for the founder's personal brand, including ideation, shooting, and content execution
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and viral content ideas
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication
- Assist during product launches, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives

Requirements





- Understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Good copywriting and storytelling skills
- Hands-on experience in shooting and editing videos using a smartphone
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Valuable to Have

- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
- Experience managing or growing social media accounts
- Understanding of e-commerce content and product marketing
- Basic photography skills
