Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & promotional videos.

- Shoot videos using smartphone/camera as required.

- Edit short-form videos with proper cuts, transitions, effects, music and captions.

- Create trend-based Reels based on current Instagram and social media trends.

- Add subtitles, text overlays, animations, sound effects and background music.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for content ideas and campaigns.

- Develop creative concepts and scripts for Reels.

- Maintain consistency in brand style, quality and messaging.

- Research trending audio, hashtags, formats and content ideas.

- Deliver videos according to the assigned content calendar and deadlines.

Required Skills

- Basic to good knowledge of Video Editing.

- Experience with CapCut, VN,



Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools.

- Good understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts.

- Creative thinking and good sense of timing.

- Knowledge of trending content and social media formats.

- Basic knowledge of shooting, lighting and framing.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

- 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma in any field.

- Candidates with a portfolio or previous Reels work will be preferred.

- Freshers with robust editing skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
