Your work profile

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 6–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution, preferably with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and the ability to independently handle business requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

- Returns, Rejections & Cancellation processes
- Free-of-Charge and Sample Sales
- Intercompany Sales
- Third-Party Sales
- Consignment Processing
- Stock Transfer / STO processes
- Strong understanding of Business Partner, Customer Master and Material Master integration in S/4HANA.
- Work on SD integration with MM, FI/CO, PP, EWM/WM and other relevant modules.
- Handle S/4HANA SD configuration, including enterprise structure, sales document types, item categories, schedule line categories, copy controls, partner determination, text determination, incompletion procedures, etc.
- Gather business requirements and conduct workshops with business stakeholders.
- Perform requirement analysis, Fit-Gap assessment, solution design and functional configuration.
- Prepare functional documents such as BBP,



Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, Test Scripts and User Manuals.
- Work closely with ABAP/development teams for RICEFW developments, enhancements, interfaces, forms and reports.
- Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
- Analyze and resolve complex functional and integration issues.
- Support data migration and validation activities related to SD master and transactional data.
- Provide guidance to junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices and meet business requirements.

Required Skills

- 6–10 years of relevant experience in SAP SD.
- Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP SD / OTC.
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales.
- Strong understanding of pricing, billing, shipping, credit management and output management.
- Good knowledge of integration between SD–FI, SD–MM, SD–PP and SD–EWM/WM.
- Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP implementation/rollout projects.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration and testing.
- Ability to independently interact with business stakeholders and translate requirements into SAP solutions.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield or Brownfield implementation.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to Sales.
- Exposure to Advanced Credit Management / FSCM Credit Management.
- Knowledge of IDoc, API, EDI and third-party system integrations.
- Exposure to e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill, GST/localization processes will be an advantage for India-based implementations.
- Understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery will be preferred.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline. SAP SD/S/4HANA certification will be an added advantage.
