Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Consultant, Trainer & Industry Professional. The role involves delivering training programs on business excellence and various management systems to clients across multiple sectors. The professional will conduct assessments, audits, and gap analyses, and provide consulting support for implementing and improving quality, environmental, safety, and other management system standards.

Day-to-day tasks include designing training content, facilitating workshops, preparing reports and improvement plans, and supporting clients in certification and compliance initiatives. The role also requires collaborating with internal experts, staying updated on international standards and industry best practices, and contributing to the development of new training and consulting offerings.

Qualifications

- Experience with quality and related standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001 or similar frameworks).
- Ability to conduct audits, gap analyses, and process reviews, and to translate findings into practical improvement recommendations.
- Competence in curriculum design, presentation delivery, workshop facilitation, and development of training materials.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills to support performance improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, science, management, or a related discipline
