Position Overview:

We are looking for a Computer Operator for our Atraulia, Azamgarh location to support daily administrative and clerical operations at Seema Hospital Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong command over MS Office (especially PowerPoint), be comfortable with email correspondence, and be able to manage documentation and data entry tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day data entry, documentation, and record-keeping

- Prepare presentations, reports, and letters using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Manage email communication — drafting, responding, and organizing correspondence

- Maintain patient records and administrative files (digital and physical)





- Assist in preparing materials for outreach programs, seminars, and events

- Coordinate with different departments for smooth information flow

- Handle basic printing, scanning, and filing tasks

- Support the team in scheduling and calendar management as needed

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive hospital and patient data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)

- Proven working knowledge of MS Office Suite — Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Strong email handling and written communication skills

- Positive typing speed and accuracy

- Basic understanding of internet usage and digital tools

- Prior experience in an administrative/office role preferred (hospital experience is a plus)

- Good organizational and multitasking skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

- Familiarity with social media platforms (for supporting outreach content)

- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

- Experience with hospital management software (if applicable)
