Job Responsibilities

- Handle documentation and compliance requirements for GOTS, GRS, OCS and BCI certifications.

- Coordinate with certification bodies and auditors.

- Maintain certification records, documents and reports.

- Ensure compliance with applicable certification standards and guidelines.

- Coordinate with buyers and internal teams regarding certification requirements.

- Follow up on audits, corrective actions and certification-related documentation.

- Maintain proper records for inspection and audit purposes.

Qualification & Skills

- Knowledge or experience in textile certification and compliance

- Basic knowledge of GOTS, GRS, OCS and BCI standards will be an advantage.

- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Experience in the textile/garment industry will be preferred.
