Key Responsibilities: /n • Own the complete lifecycle of statutory licenses and registrations across all centers (including Shops & Establishment, Trade License, Signage licenses, Labour Department registrations, Fire NOC, Lift and DG licenses etc.) /n • Maintain and continuously update a centralized compliance and renewal tracker. /n • Apply for licenses and approvals required for new centers and expansions. /n • Manage renewals proactively to ensure zero compliance lapses. /n • Coordinate with municipal bodies, fire authorities, labour departments, and other licensing authorities. /n • Support inspections, regulatory visits, and authority interactions. /n • Act as the first point of response for compliance with queries, notices, or inspections. /n • Ensure statutory notices and licenses are properly displayed at operational centers. /n • Support and oversee all labour department licenses and registrations for corporate headquarters. /n • Partner with operations teams to ensure compliance with readiness before center launches. /n • Track location-specific regulatory requirements and ensure documentation of readiness at all times. /n Why This Role Matters: /n This role institutionalizes compliance ownership across the organization by:
