About the RoleWe're looking for a Reddit Associate to help build and grow PANHA's presence across relevant Reddit communities.

You'll be responsible for finding meaningful conversations, writing thoughtful responses, creating useful discussions and helping PANHA become a trusted contributor within communities related to mental well-being, relationships, personal struggles, student life, women's safety and other relevant topics.

This is a hands-on role that combines community management, copywriting, research and growth.

It's a great opportunity for someone early in their career who understands Reddit culture and wants real ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

- Manage PANHA's Reddit presence across relevant communities.
- Research and identify relevant subreddits and high-value discussions.
- Write natural, thoughtful and non-promotional comments that genuinely contribute to conversations.
- Create engaging Reddit posts around relevant topics, questions, experiences and discussions.
- Identify conversations where PANHA can genuinely provide value without forcing a promotion.
- Understand the culture, rules and expectations of different subreddits before participating.
- Monitor discussions to identify recurring problems, questions and content opportunities.
- Track engagement, community response and content performance.
- Maintain a structured list of relevant subreddits, discussions and content opportunities.




- Work with the content and growth team to turn Reddit insights into content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
- Experiment with different content formats, topics and approaches to improve organic engagement.
- Stay updated on Reddit policies, subreddit rules and changes that may affect community participation.
- Report what is working, what is not working and what we should test next.

Community GrowthYou'll help PANHA build long-term community credibility, not just chase impressions.

- Building a repeatable Reddit community-growth process.

What We're Looking For
- 0-1 years of experience in community management, content writing, social media or growth marketing.
- Genuine familiarity with Reddit and its community culture.
- Strong English writing skills.
- Ability to write naturally and adapt your tone to different communities.
- Good understanding of what feels authentic versus promotional.
- Strong research and observation skills.




- Ability to identify useful conversations and content opportunities.
- Comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented work such as research, tracking and reporting.
- Valuable understanding of social media and online communities.
- Interest in mental well-being, human behavior, relationships, community building or social impact is a plus.
- Strong judgment, discretion and respect for community guidelines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

A Strong Plus If You Have
- Existing Reddit experience.
- Experience writing successful Reddit posts or comments.
- Experience managing online communities.
- Content marketing or social media experience.
- Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or X/Twitter.
- Experience working with startups or volunteer communities.
- A writing portfolio or examples of your Reddit/content work.
