Commis 1 – Chinese Cuisine

Tulip Inn Shravasti is looking for a passionate and dedicated Commis 1 – Chinese Cuisine to join our Culinary Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Chinese cuisine.
- Ensure proper mise en place and food preparation.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations.

Requirements

- Previous experience in Chinese cuisine will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Hotel or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
