Role Description The Coach role at Promozie is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the Coach supports and guides team members to improve their digital marketing, client communication, and project delivery capabilities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring staff, conducting training sessions, reviewing work quality, and providing structured feedback to help team members meet performance goals. The Coach collaborates with leadership to identify skill gaps, develop learning plans, and support onboarding of new team members. The role also involves tracking progress,



documenting best practices, and promoting a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented work culture.

Qualifications

- Ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams, with solid skills in feedback delivery, performance guidance, and training facilitation.
- Experience in digital marketing or web development environments, with understanding of areas such as SEO, social media, content, or web projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and conflict resolution.
- Organizational and planning skills, including the ability to design training schedules, track progress, and manage multiple coaching engagements.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify skill gaps, evaluate work quality, and propose practical improvement strategies.
- Comfort working on-site in Pune Division, collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to a fast-paced agency setting.
- Prior experience in a coaching, team lead, training, or people development role is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or Education) or equivalent practical experience.
