Technology Development & R&DThe; Co-Founder — Technology Development & R&D; will lead TejTatv's technology strategy, R&D;, architecture, product engineering, IP development, technology validation and industrial deployment.

This is a full time entrepreneurial leadership role for someone capable of taking technology from:

Research → Prototype → Validation → Pilot → Industrial Deployment → Scalable Product The role will work across R&D;, engineering, AI/ML, sensors, industrial automation, materials and process technology.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology & R&D;

- Define TejTatv's technology roadmap and architecture.
- Lead R&D; across material intelligence, sensor fusion, AI/ML and industrial analytics.
- Develop material characterisation, classification, prediction, sorting and optimisation technologies.
- Convert research concepts into prototypes and deployable products.
- Establish technical validation, testing and performance standards.

AI, Sensors & Data
- Develop multi-sensor fusion systems integrating optical, chemical, physical, spatial, mass and process data.
- Develop AI/ML, computer-vision,



statistical and physics-informed models.
- Build material fingerprints and real-time material identification systems.
- Establish data pipelines, model validation, uncertainty and monitoring frameworks.

Industrial Technology
- Lead technology pilots and industrial deployments.
- Integrate solutions with PLC, SCADA, DCS, MES, ERP, cameras, sensors, weighbridges and IIoT systems.
- Develop retrofit-ready solutions for existing industrial infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and improve technology during plant deployment.

Product & IP
- Convert R&D; outputs into reusable ρ-MATRIQS™ modules.
- Establish technical standards, APIs, interfaces and release criteria.
- Identify patentable technologies and build TejTatv's proprietary IP portfolio.
- Develop relationships with universities, laboratories and technology partners.

Technology Leadership
- Build and lead the R&D; and technology team.
- Recruit and mentor AI/ML, data, computer vision, sensor, embedded, automation and process-engineering talent.
- Establish research, engineering, documentation and technology-development processes.
- Support customers, partners and investors on technical matters.

What should we build? How should we build it? Can we validate it? Can we make it industrially reliable? Can we protect it as IP? Can we deploy it in a real plant? Can we turn it into a scalable product?Co-Founder Commitment & InvestmentThis is a genuine Co-Founder — Technology Development & R&D; role.

The selected candidate should be:

- Willing to accept meaningful founder-level equity, subject to mutual agreement.
- Willing to participate in an equity + ESOP structure, as mutually agreed.
- Willing and financially capable of contributing ₹1–2 Crore of capital to the company.
- Prepared to lead technology strategy, R&D;, product development, IP, pilots and industrial scale-up.
- Prepared to build and lead the technology organisation.
- Comfortable with the risks and responsibilities of an early-stage deep-tech company.

ImportantThe ₹1–2 Crore contribution is not a fee for obtaining the Co-Founder position. It would be treated as a potential capital investment into the company, with the investment structure, valuation, equity allocation, governance rights, investor rights, use of funds and other terms mutually agreed and formally documented, subject to due diligence.

The investment requirement is intended to identify a co-founder willing to demonstrate long-term financial and strategic commitment to building TejTatv's deep-tech technology platform.
