The initial Phase 1 capital requirement is ₹5 lakh, which will be used for:
- Measurement experts / contractual freelancers
- Satellite imagery and geospatial data
- Customer acquisition and outreach
- Initial marketing and business development
- Operational support
- Manual validation of the first 10+ Customer
- Other essential Phase 1 operating expenses
Funding Structure The broader roadmap is divided into five phases of ₹5 lakh each, with a potential total funding requirement of ₹25 lakh.
However, ₹25 lakh is not required upfront.
The immediate requirement is ₹5 lakh for Phase 1. Future funding will depend on the results of the previous phase and mutual agreement between the founders.
Key We are looking for a working co-founder who is willing to contribute both capital and active involvement, particularly in sales, customer acquisition and key account management.
This is not a passive investment opportunity. The person joining will be expected to actively participate in building the New Venture.
- Ideal profile: Someone who can bring commercial capability, U.S. customer acquisition experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset, and is comfortable making an initial ₹5 lakh commitment alongside the other founders' contributions.
