Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth across the assigned cluster.
- Develop and manage robust DSA and channel partner relationships.
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Manage the complete sales funnel from sourcing and login to approval and disbursement.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to company policies.
Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience in Unsecured Business Loans / Business Loans & LAP.
- Strong exposure to DSA and channel sales.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Good understanding of the Delhi/NCR market.
- Strong communication, relationship management and leadership skills.
