We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can effectively manage client communication, understand their requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of digital marketing projects.

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations.
- Coordinate with Social Media, SEO, Performance Marketing, Content, Graphic Design, and Development teams.
- Follow up on deliverables, timelines, approvals, and client feedback.
- Prepare and share regular client updates and reports.
- Identify client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in client meetings and calls.
- Maintain proper documentation of client requirements and communication.
- Support upselling and cross-selling of digital marketing services when relevant.

Requirements





- 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of services offered by a Digital Marketing Agency, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC/Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, and Website Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid coordination, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Agency experience will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Delhi/NCR.
