About the Position

Siliguri Speech & Hearing Clinic Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, motivated, and patient-focused Clinical Personnel to join our team in Siliguri.

The ideal candidate should be a B.Sc. graduate with good communication skills, a professional attitude, and an interest in working in a clinical healthcare environment. The candidate will support day-to-day clinical activities and assist the clinical team in maintaining a smooth and patient-friendly workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the audiologist during routine clinical and audiological procedures.
- Assist in conducting basic audiological assessments and screening procedures under the supervision of the audiologist.
- Operate and handle clinical equipment as instructed and trained.
- Prepare patients for assessments and provide clear instructions during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and clinical documentation.
- Ensure audiological equipment and accessories are handled carefully and maintained properly.
- Coordinate with the audiologist and other clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Assist with field visits, outreach activities, camps, and patient-related work when required.
- Travel to assigned locations for professional duties when required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all clinic policies and professional standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management or supervising audiologist.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
- B.Sc. graduate.
- Responsible, punctual,



and disciplined.
- Professional and well-groomed.
- Comfortable communicating with patients and their family members.
- A good team player with a willingness to learn.
- Able to follow instructions and clinic protocols carefully.
- Patient, courteous, and empathetic toward patients.
- Capable of handling responsibilities in a busy clinical environment.
- Previous healthcare or clinical experience will be an advantage, although suitable freshers may also be considered.

Eligibility Education: B.Sc. Graduate

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to suitability for the position.

Location: Candidates based in Siliguri or willing to work in Siliguri are preferred.

Compensation

₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and overall suitability for the position.
