- Managing claims Audit team to meet the SLAs as per Insurers.
- Consistently maintaining agreed TATs and allocation of claims and alignment of manpower accordingly
- Monitoring the quality in all the processes of billing.
- Tracking of outstanding claims under billing.
- Handling escalations from all stakeholders for Billing and resolving them.
Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience in TPA.
Preferably male who can travel whenever required.
