Our work includes civil construction and renovation of primary health centres, railway infrastructure, government offices, staff quarters, student housing and other institutional projects. We undertake projects end-to-end, from site execution through to completion and handover.

About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 1–3 years or more of relevant experience to join our project execution team and support the execution and supervision of our ongoing infrastructure and government projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil construction and site execution, with a good understanding of drawings, measurements, DPRs, MBs, BOQs and day-to-day site coordination.

This is a practical, site-oriented role involving coordination with contractors, site personnel, vendors and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the day-to-day execution and supervision of civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site personnel.
- Monitor site progress, quality and workmanship and report issues to the reporting manager.
- Assist with measurements, quantity verification and material requirements.
- Read and interpret civil drawings and project specifications.




- Maintain DPRs, MBs, registers and other necessary site records and documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, client representatives and other project stakeholders as required.
- Assist in identifying and resolving site-level technical and execution issues.
- Monitor material utilisation and minimise wastage.
- Support project planning, scheduling and timely completion of assigned works.
- Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with applicable safety and quality requirements.
- Travel to other project sites across Maharashtra as required.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction, infrastructure or government projects.
- Hands-on experience in site execution and supervision.
- Good understanding of civil construction methods, drawings, BOQs and measurements.
- Basic experience in coordinating contractors, subcontractors and site personnel.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while taking guidance from the project team and reporting manager.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel across Maharashtra as required.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- Government infrastructure projects
- Railway projects
- Public infrastructure projects




- Primary Health Centres / hospitals / institutional buildings
- Government offices or staff quarters
- Civil renovation and refurbishment projects

Location & Travel Pune, Maharashtra will be the base location for this position, with Mumbai serving as the Company’s Head Office. Based on business and project requirements, the candidate may be required to travel to or work at other project locations, including Nashik, Jalgaon and Mumbai.

Any change in base location or relocation will be based on business requirements and mutual agreement.

Travel and related expenses for official project-related travel will be supported by the Company as per applicable Company policy.
