Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Civil Engineer at PInterview.

The Civil

Engineer will develop and review civil engineering content, including mock interview questions, case studies, and scenario-based exercises focused on civil engineering design, planning, and stormwater management. The role involves collaborating with industry experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance, and conducting live or recorded mock interview sessions with learners pursuing civil engineering careers.

The Civil

Engineer will analyze participant performance, provide structured feedback,



and suggest personalized improvement plans for interview readiness and technical competency. Additional responsibilities include staying current with civil engineering standards, tools, and regulations, and contributing to platform enhancements that improve the learning experience for users.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Civil Engineering and experience working as a Civil Engineer, with practical exposure to industry projects and standards.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including site development, infrastructure design, and application of relevant codes and best practices.
- Experience in Planning and Stormwater Management, including drainage design, hydrology/hydraulics concepts, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, with strong communication and mentoring skills suitable for coaching students and professionals.
- Comfort working in a remote, digital environment, including conducting video sessions and using online collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with common civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) is an advantage.
- Prior teaching, training, or interview-panel experience is beneficial but not required.
