What You Will Do

- Clean & Maintain: Keep lab bays clean and wash testing equipment (moulds, cones, sieves).
- Move Materials: Lift and transport construction samples like cement, sand, soil, and gravel.
- Setup Classrooms: Arrange tools and assist students or technicians during live testing.
- Safety First: Follow campus safety rules and wear protective gear.

What We Look For

- Physical fitness to safely lift and carry heavy loads (up to 25 kg).
- Ability to understand and follow simple instructions.
- Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined attitude.

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Experienced Civil Engineer to oversee site operations, manage structural designs, and ensure project execution meets all quality, budget, and safety benchmarks.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering

What You Will Do

- Site Supervision:



Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work aligns strictly with architectural drawings and structural blueprints.
- Project Scheduling: Monitor project timelines, coordinate with sub-contractors, and manage in office labor to meet strict deadlines.
- Quality & Material Control: Inspect incoming construction materials, verify concrete mix ratios, and supervise mandatory structural and material testing.
- Billing & Estimation: Prepare accurate material take-offs, verify sub-contractor bills, and track project expenses against the approved budget.
- Liaison & Safety: Coordinate with architects, clients, and local authorities while enforcing strict in office safety codes and PPE compliance.

What We Look For

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of STAAD.Pro or MS Project is a major plus).
- Proven track record of executing concrete, steel, or finishing works with minimal supervision.
- Excellent leadership, vendor management, and crisis-resolution skills.
- Explicit, assertive communication to manage both on-site labor and corporate stakeholders.
