About the Role: We are looking for a bilingual professional fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and English. A background in IT infrastructure and comprehensive basic IT network knowledge is mandatory for this role. You will act as the crucial technical bridge between our Chinese/Taiwanese clients and our internal technical teams across our sites in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai. You will manage on-site IT deployments, ensure project milestones are achieved, and translate technical requirements accurately to maintain a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between Chinese/Taiwanese clients and internal technical teams, translating complex technical requirements between Mandarin and English.

- IT Infrastructure &
- Site Coordination:

Supervise and track daily on-site technical activities across multiple locations, focusing on IT infrastructure setup, network cabling, CCTV installation, and access control systems.

- Hardware Deployment: Coordinate the installation and setup of network devices (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Servers) and security systems.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal engineers, contractors,



and vendors to ensure technical project specifications and timelines are met.

- Monitoring &

- Troubleshooting:

Monitor installation quality, assist with troubleshooting coordination, handle warranty support, and oversee system upgrades.

- Administration: Maintain accurate records of site activities, prepare technical status updates, and perform desk-based administrative tasks at the on-site temporary offices.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications:

- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin (Chinese) and English.

- IT Background &
- Site Coordination:

A degree in IT or a proven professional background working on IT infrastructure projects. You must have direct experience handling on-site IT coordination and deployments.

- Basic IT &

- Hardware Knowledge:

Must have a transparent, foundational understanding of basic IT networking and hardware devices, including Switches, Routers, CCTV, and Access Control systems.

- Project Management: Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage on-site contractors, track project timelines, and handle client expectations across different cities.
