Qualification - Engineering / Computer Science graduate; postgraduate qualification preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a CTO to lead the technology strategy and build a scalable digital and technology infrastructure for a rapidly expanding luxury retail business.

Key Responsibilities

- Own ERP, POS, RFID and retail technology across all locations.
- Drive digital commerce, BI, analytics and CRM technology.
- Lead cybersecurity, data governance and DPDP compliance.
- Develop and execute the 3-year technology roadmap.
- Drive systems integration, technology adoption and automation.
- Manage technology vendors, budgets and service levels.
- Build and lead the technology team.

Ideal Profile




- 12–18 years in technology leadership, with 4+ years as CTO/CIO/Technology Head.
- Strong retail technology, ERP, POS and inventory systems experience.
- Exposure to RFID, digital commerce, BI/analytics and CRM preferred.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data governance and DPDP compliance.
- Experience managing multi-location retail technology environments.

Robust technology strategy, vendor management and build-vs-buy expertise.
