Safety Line(Commercials) : ₹50,000, Monthly, for a period of one year.

We are looking for a recent graduate for fellowship who want to build, execute and monitor governance frameworks from scratch from Tier 1 MBA / Graduates, Analysts, or Researchers. Proven skills in investment, governance, fund management, research, or market intelligence is a plus.

- ₹30,000 monthly fixed safety line to provide basic financial stability and enable focused, independent execution of the role.
- ₹15,000 monthly performance component upon completion of agreed KPIs, including capital-allocation accuracy, verification, accountability, risk management, and participant or project outcomes. You'll get a written definition of how "zero-capital waste" and "allocation accuracy" are calculated. In early-stage setups without precedents, fixed metrics can become moving targets but here there is none. Each is fixed, mesaured ,and accountable and it is your fund allocaiton KPI not your performance.
- Measures include allocation accuracy, verification completeness, risk management, accountability, capital protection, and participant or project outcomes. You will receive written definitions of how “zero-capital waste” and “allocation accuracy” are calculated. Although this is an early-stage model without precedent, the measures are fixed, measurable, and accountable for each allocation period.
- ₹5,000 monthly reimbursement for accountability, verification, risk-management, sourcing, management, research, internet, AI, subscription, and other essential tools required to execute the role.
- A chance at incentives for managing higher pools when entrusted with investor-approved higher capital pools. Incentives will be defined for each pool based on its size, governance responsibility, risk controls, KPI performance, and capital-protection record.

About Role:





You're required to represent and work directly with investors as "Investor Partner – Capital Governance" ensuring that direct and indirect capital investments and grants are safely allocated, protected from misuse, and meet all defined KPIs without waste.

Your role is to ensure direct and indirect capital investments are being utilised with zero-capital waste. If that performs well, we'll reach out to existing cap tables or external sponsors for higher capital allocations.

1. Safeguard the Capital:

Ensure grant & investments are allocated to eligible individuals, and entities as per projects.

2. Protect Direct Investments:

Ensure grant & investments are utilised properly meeting exact KPIs set out for the candidates – zero capital misused, and wasted.

3. Protect Indirect Investments:

Oversee candidates so they utilise the investment properly while they are protecting themselves from bad roles or scams, and ensure they transition into real jobs or income lines.

Investments will be allocated through platform-funded micro-projects, each typically running for one month. abAgeyKya™ is not an employer, recruitment agency, investment firm, or job platform. Role Detail The Chief of Staff Fellow as Investor Partner – Capital Governance & Grants is a remote, contract role focused on building and coordinating the capital governance and grants framework for abAgeyKya — What Next?.



In this role, the fellow will represent, and support investor leadership in designing, and executing the processes for responsible capital allocation, tracking grant opportunities, and shaping guidelines for ethical funding, and ensuring zero waste of investment capital and grants across the platform.

Day-to-day work may include researching and mapping potential grant sources, drafting governance policies, preparing briefing documents, safeguarding allocation, protecting investments and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners. The fellow will help streamline decision-making around capital and grants, ensure documentation is clear and accessible, KPI's of investments are reaching without any waste and create mechanisms for transparency and accountability.

This role also involves monitoring progress against agreed milestones, identifying risks or gaps in governance, and proposing practical improvements aligned with the platform’s mission of unbiased decision clarity.

Qualifications

- Experience or strong interest in capital governance, grants management, or social impact funding, with the ability to develop clear frameworks and processes.
- Background in policy analysis, public administration, finance, economics, law, or related fields, with solid research and analytical skills.
- Ability to write concise governance documents, grant summaries, and decision briefs that are accessible to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including working remotely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated capacity for structured problem-solving, critical thinking, and maintaining neutrality and fairness in decision-focused work.
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage environments, with a proactive approach to designing systems from first principles.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and basic data or workflow tracking; experience in startups or impact-focused organisations is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, non-discriminatory practices, and respect for people from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
