- Develop and execute risk-based functional audit plans across business and support functions.
- Lead end-to-end audits, including scoping, risk assessment, fieldwork, control testing, reporting, and follow-up.
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and identify control gaps.
- Review business processes for operational efficiency, compliance, governance, and risk management.
- Identify process-level risks, potential control failures, and areas of financial/operational leakage.
- Prepare explicit and concise audit observations, root-cause analysis, risk implications, and actionable recommendations.
- Discuss audit findings with process owners and drive agreement on corrective action plans.
- Track implementation of audit recommendations and report overdue/high-risk issues to senior management.
