Hiring: Chartered Accountant

nnWe are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Chartered Accountant to become the Finance Partner to the Founder, not just an accountant.

nnThis role is for someone who can take complete ownership of finance, build strong systems and controls, and simplify the founder’s life by managing the finance function independently.

nnKey Responsibilities

nn Complete accounting and financial management of the Private Limited company.

nGST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and all statutory compliances.

n Company accounting, financial statements and bookkeeping.

nIncome Tax Returns for the company, promoters and family members.

n Tax planning and tax-efficient financial structuring.

nPayroll processing and statutory compliance.

n MIS reporting,



cash flow management and financial analysis.

nBuild SOPs, improve accounting processes and strengthen internal financial controls.

n Coordinate with auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.

nnIdeal Candidate

nnQualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of relevant experience.

n Solid knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, Audit, Payroll and ROC compliances.

nExperience working with a Private Limited Company.

n* High ownership, attention to detail, analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
