**Role Description The Senior Chartered Accountant will oversee financial accounting, reporting, and compliance activities, ensuring accurate books of accounts, timely preparation of financial statements, and adherence to relevant laws and regulations. The role includes managing audits, coordinating with external auditors, overseeing tax planning and filings, and monitoring internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Accountant will support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost analysis, providing insights to leadership for strategic decision-making. This is a full time, on-site role based in Pune District,



requiring close collaboration with management and cross-functional teams to support operational and financial efficiency.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, and finalization of accounts.
- Proficiency in direct and indirect taxation, including tax planning, compliance, and coordination with tax authorities.
- Experience in statutory audits, internal audits, and development or monitoring of internal control systems.
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
- Comfort with accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel skills, and ability to work with large data sets.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance teams.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or working with small and growing businesses is an advantage.
