Job Summary

Woodnote Preprimary School is seeking an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Center Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of academic excellence, staff management, parent engagement, admissions, and overall center administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall functioning of the preschool center.
- Lead, mentor, and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure the implementation of the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and address their concerns effectively.
- Monitor student enrollment and support admission activities.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children.
- Oversee center administration, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.




- Coordinate school events, activities, and parent engagement programs.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and discipline within the center.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in preschool management, school administration, or educational leadership.
- Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Working Conditions
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Working Days: 6 Days per Week
- Transportation: Not Provided
- Dress Code: Woodnote T-shirt will be provided. Employees may wear jeans, pants, or trousers with the T-shirt.(occasionally )

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and performance.
