Job Role

Center Manager

- Manage day-to-day operations of the wellness center and ensure smooth functioning.

- Welcome potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and services.

- Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions based on product and service knowledge.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.

- Promote products and services to achieve assigned sales and business targets.

- Handle customer complaints by investigating issues and providing suitable resolutions.

- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.

- Evaluate customer responses, competitive developments, and market feedback to suggest improvements.

- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and other departments to improve customer communication and service quality.

- Maintain accurate customer and activity records.

- Prepare and submit daily customer reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual performance reports.

- Keep management informed about center activities, customer concerns, and business performance.





- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve center goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good and fluent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

- Strong customer service and active listening skills.

- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Target-oriented and goal-focused approach.

- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.

- Good knowledge of products and services and willingness to learn.
