Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Catalog Manager to manage and maintain product catalogs across online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. The role involves ensuring accurate product information, optimizing product listings, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high-quality catalogs to improve product visibility and sales performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain product catalogs across e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and other relevant information.
- Ensure product data is accurate, complete, consistent, and up to date across all platforms.
- Coordinate with product, operations, inventory, marketing, and design teams for catalog-related requirements.
- Monitor and resolve catalog errors, listing issues, content discrepancies,



and product data mismatches.
- Ensure products are correctly categorized, tagged, and mapped according to marketplace guidelines.
- Optimize product content using relevant keywords to improve product visibility and search rankings.
- Manage bulk uploads, product updates, SKU creation, and catalog maintenance.
- Track product listing status and ensure timely activation of new products.
- Monitor marketplace requirements and ensure catalogs comply with platform policies and guidelines.
- Analyze catalog performance and identify opportunities for improving product content and presentation.
- Maintain proper records and reports related to products, SKUs, listings, and catalog updates.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely completion of catalog-related tasks and targets.
- Identify repetitive catalog issues and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and updated product database.
