- Conduct structured career-guidance sessions.

- Support students and professionals in exploring suitable career options.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in helping people make informed career decisions.
- Willingness to develop a career in career counselling.
- Comfortable conducting online sessions.
- Access to a laptop, reliable internet connection and a professional environment.

This is a freelance, client-assignment-based opportunity. There are no guaranteed working hours or minimum number of client assignments. Compensation ranges from ₹1,000 to ₹2,500 per completed one-hour counselling session,



depending on the client assignment handled through GB Clarity Advisory. The applicable rate will be communicated and agreed upon before the counsellor accepts the assignment.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,500.00 per hour
