Role & Responsibilities:

- Handling customer interactions for a premium UK Insurance voice process.
- Assist international clients with insurance-related queries, policy details, and resolutions.
- Maintain high quality of service and adhere to compliance and operational standards.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Education: Strictly Graduate only (Any stream).
- Experience: Mandatory prior experience in a Voice Process.
- Skills: Strong English communication skills with clean Voice & Accent (V&A;).
- Location: Must be comfortable working at the designated facility in Kundanahalli, Bangalore.

- Fixed CTC: Up to 5,00,000 per annum
- Shift: UK shift
- 5 days work 2 days off
