Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Candidate Acquisition Specialist to support our US IT Bench Sales operations. The role will primarily focus on identifying, sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified IT professionals who can be added to the company’s bench and successfully marketed to US clients and implementation partners.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and networking skills, an understanding of US IT staffing, and the ability to build a consistent pipeline of qualified consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified IT consultants through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, professional networks, social media, and internal databases .
- Identify candidates who are actively looking for new projects or interested in working with our Bench Sales team.
- Screen candidates based on their technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, availability, expected rate, and career requirements .
- Conduct initial discussions with consultants and explain the company's Bench Sales process and expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants across technologies such as:
- Java / Full Stack
- .NET
- DevOps / Cloud
- Data Engineering
- Business Analysis
- QA / Automation
- Salesforce
- SAP
- Cybersecurity
- AI / ML and other IT technologies
- Collect and verify required candidate information, resumes, skill matrices, work authorization details, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the Bench Sales Recruiters for smooth handover and marketing of onboarded consultants.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and regularly update consultant status.




- Develop long-term relationships with consultants and generate referrals.
- Follow up consistently with prospective consultants to improve acquisition and onboarding conversion.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding, and bench additions .

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills .
- Strong sourcing, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment .
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and major US job portals is preferred.
- Ability to understand different IT technologies and candidate profiles.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented setting .
- Ability to work during US business hours/night shifts from India.
- Good follow-up and candidate management skills.

Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, Bench Sales, or staffing.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and strong sales/recruitment aptitude can also be considered.
- Previous experience sourcing US-based IT consultants will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will be measured based on:
- Number of qualified candidates sourced
- Number of candidate screenings completed
- Number of consultants successfully onboarded
- Quality of consultants added to the bench
- Candidate-to-onboarding conversion rate
- Referral generation
- Consultant retention and responsiveness
- Achievement of weekly and monthly acquisition targets
