- Develop CAM programs using software such as UG NX, CATIA, SolidCAM, Mastercam, etc.
- Perform Multi-Axis CNC Programming (3-Axis / 4-Axis / 5-Axis)
- Independently handle programming activities for machining operations
- Work on STEP file applications and analyze data loss, if any
- Execute process planning for precision machined components
- Support aerospace and precision machining projects
- Ensure accurate soft data transfer from workstation to machine without data loss
- Select and optimize cutting tools, fixtures, and jigs
- Develop first-time-right machining strategies for current parts
- Support productionization activities to ensure timely delivery
