FinBuild is a finance and compliance partner for early-stage founders and growing businesses. We work across accounting, taxation, payroll, statutory compliance, and business advisory so founders and business owners have one reliable place for everything financial and regulatory. We are based in Goa, have existing clients on board, and a team already running.

We are looking for a CA co-founder to join us in office in Goa. This is not a hire. This is a co-founder search.

What you will own

Growing the firm. Thinking with us about where FinBuild goes, building relationships with the right founders, having real conversations, bringing in clients, and closing opportunities. You will be a genuine business partner in every sense. Your CA background is the credibility that opens doors and earns trust, and occasionally it will come in handy when a client query needs that specific expertise.



But this is fundamentally a growth role, not a technical one.

Who we are looking for

Someone who just cleared their CA or has up to two years of post-qualification experience and is genuinely excited by the startup world. Someone who can hold a conversation with a founder as comfortably as they can review a balance sheet. If you want a defined role in a stable setup this is not it.
