We work predominantly with multinational companies and their Indian subsidiaries, along with technology-led and new-economy businesses — SaaS and platform companies, digital services exporters, and fast-scaling ventures.

Our practice spans audit and assurance, direct taxation, GST, corporate law compliance and business advisory.

We are a mid-sized practice by design. That means an article does not spend three years in one department doing one repetitive task — you work directly with the engagement partner, sit in on client discussions, and see an assignment through from planning to filing.

WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS

This is a mixed-domain articleship. You will be rotated across all core service lines rather than being locked into a single vertical, so that by the time you qualify you have a genuine working understanding of the profession — not just one slice of it.

Audit & Assurance

- Statutory Audit of Companies
- Tax audit under Section 63, including preparation of Form 26 and supporting annexures
- Internal audit and process reviews for client operations
- Stock audits, bank audits and certification work (net worth, turnover, utilisation certificates)

Income Tax

- Preparation and filing of income tax returns
- TDS compliance — quarterly return filing, correction statements, Form 16/16A
- Advance tax computation and tax planning support
- Drafting replies to notices, assisting in scrutiny assessments, faceless assessment submissions and appellate matters

GST

- Registrations, amendments,



and periodic return filing (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C)
- Input tax credit reconciliation — GSTR-2B vs books, vendor follow-up
- GST audits, departmental audits and drafting of replies to show cause notices
- Refund applications and e-invoicing / e-way bill compliance

Corporate Law & Other Areas

- ROC filings — annual returns, event-based forms, DIN/KYC compliance
- Maintenance of statutory registers and minutes
- Accounting, MIS and finalisation support for retainer clients
- Exposure to the firm's technology stack — practice management systems, data reconciliation tooling and automation used in day-to-day compliance work

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

- Sound conceptual clarity in accounting and taxation — marks matter less than whether you can explain whyan entry is passed
- Ability to work in a Modern, Professional & Competitive Environment and are expected to outperform their peers in all parameters during articleship.
- Willingness to draft, write and communicate — a large part of skilled work is putting a defensible position on paper
- Ownership: the ability to be handed an assignment and come back with questions rather than excuses
- Integrity and discretion in handling confidential client information

Eligibility

- Must be eligible to register for practical training with ICAI
- Comfortable commuting to or relocating within the Delhi-NCR region

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
