We are hiring for a leading automotive manufacturing organization with a strong presence in the Indian automotive ecosystem. The organization operates in a technology-enabled manufacturing environment where SAP-driven business processes, supply chain efficiency, procurement, inventory management, and plant operations are critical to business performance.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business User with strong functional knowledge of SAP SD to support and drive sales,

distribution, and order-to-cash processes for our automotive manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with SAP functionality, working closely with IT teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the business-side SPOC for SAP SD processes: order management, pricing, billing, delivery, and

dispatch
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP SD

- Support day-to-day SD transactions and resolve process/system issues in coordination with IT/consultants

- Drive process improvements and standardization across sales and distribution workflows

- Coordinate UAT, testing, and rollout of SAP SD enhancements or recent implementations

- Liaise with cross-functional teams (Production,



Logistics, Finance) for smooth order fulfillment

- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards related to sales, dispatch, and billing

- Support month-end/quarter-end closing activities from an SD perspective

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration

- Functional working knowledge of SAP SD module (order-to-cash cycle, pricing procedures, billing, credit

management)
- Prior experience in automotive/manufacturing industry preferred

- Strong understanding of dispatch, GST-compliant billing, and distribution processes in India

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Cross-module exposure to SAP MM, PP, or FICO

- Experience with S/4HANA

- Familiarity with SAP reporting tools (SAP Query, CDS views, or similar)
