Digital Transformation Strategy Roadmap

Define and drive the company s digital transformation roadmap in line with business priorities and growth plans Assess existing processes and identify opportunities to improve visibility, efficiency, control and decision-makingthrough technology Define the target technology architecture and determine what should be built, bought, integrated or retained Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility and organizational readiness2.

Business Process Systems Transformation

Lead digitization of critical processes across operations, supply chain, inventory, commercial and customer-facingfunctions Build on and integrate existing platforms, including the manufacturing ERP and CRM / Salesforce, while identifyingand addressing gaps in the current technology landscape Develop connected workflows across inventory, distribution, sales, customers, projects and other key businessprocesses Reduce dependence on fragmented Excel-based processes and manual MIS through appropriate digital solutions Work with business teams to redesign processes where technology can materially improve how the organizationoperates3. Data, Analytics Management Visibility Establish a robust data architecture,



common data definitions and clear sources of truth across business systems Integrate operational and commercial data to create a centralized view of business performance Develop management dashboards and analytics that provide leadership with timely visibility into key businessmetrics and emerging issues Enable data-driven decision-making across areas such as inventory, distributor performance, sales, customer /project pipeline and marketing effectiveness Build the foundation for advanced analytics, automation and AI-led use cases as the organization s digital maturitydevelops4.

Technology Implementation Delivery

Own digital initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and solution design through implementation, integration,rollout and adoption Manage technology partners, system integrators and vendors to deliver solutions within agreed timelines andobjectives Ensure technology solutions are scalable, user-friendly and aligned with business requirements Drive adoption across functions and ensure new systems become embedded in day-to-day ways of working5.

Technology Governance Capability Building

Establish appropriate governance around technology investments, systems, data ownership, access and integration Ensure technology initiatives across functions are aligned to a common architecture and do not create fragmentedsolutions Build internal technology and digital transformation capabilities over time, including defining team structure androles as the organization scales Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to create business valueThe Successful Applicant 7-10 years of experience across Business Technology, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting,



EnterpriseApplications or related fields Significant experience working with manufacturing / industrial businesses, with an understanding of operational andcommercial processes Proven track record of taking digital transformation initiatives from business problem identification through solutiondesign, implementation and adoption Experience working across enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, supply chain / distribution systems and BI /analytics platforms Strong understanding of systems integration, data architecture, master data and management information Strong ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and work effectively with bothbusiness and technical stakeholders Experience managing technology vendors, system integrators and cross-functional implementation teams Strong business orientation, structured problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to execution Experience in a promoter-led / family-owned or rapidly scaling organization would be an advantage Candidates from leading consulting / technology advisory firms or in-house digital transformation roles are bothencouraged to apply, provided they have meaningful implementation experience Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline MBA / postgraduate qualification would be an advantage; solid hands-on experience is a mustWhat We Are Looking ForA strategic yet hands-on business technology leader who can build the digital backbone of the company, translatebusiness needs into practical technology solutions and drive execution end-to-end; someone who is equally comfortableshaping the technology roadmap, working with business teams and technology partners, and getting into the detailsrequired to make transformation initiatives successful
