nWe are a bespoke menswear studio in Khar West, Mumbai, crafting suits, bandhgalas, sherwanis and lifestyle wear for men who care about how they show up. We are growing, and we are building a dedicated function to take our craft to new clients.

nnThe Role

nYou will own how S&Y; wins business beyond the studio walls, across three areas in particular:

n• Corporate Atelier: executive wardrobing and bespoke programmes for company leadership teams.

n• Corporate and event gifting: premium, branded gifting for companies and occasions.

n• Wedding and festive families: becoming the trusted name for the groom and his circle.

nYou will run the full cycle: building the target list, opening doors, pitching, and carrying relationships through to the close. Our founders bring design and craft authority to the table alongside you. You bring the clients to the table.

nnWho We Are Looking For

nSomeone who sells through relationships, not discounts. You are comfortable with high-value, considered purchases and the longer conversations they need.



You have personally opened and closed meaningful deals, and existing skilled relationships and business development experience will be an advantage.

nnYou likely come from a world like:

n• Luxury retail or clientele

n• Private banking or wealth relationship management

n• Luxury hospitality

n• Fine jewellery or watches

n• High-end weddings and events

nYou are mature, polished, organised, and genuinely interested in craft, design and the people who value it. Roughly years in relationship-led sales or business development.
